If you purchased a SYX POD device and it seems non-functional or blocked, first make sure the child lock is disabled.
You can unlock it by removing and reinserting the cartridge 8 times in a row. This procedure is also explained in the product manual, which we’ve attached below for download, along with an instructional video for better understanding.
